Job Description:

The Elliott Electric Supply (EES) Internship Program is designed to identify and develop talented college students who may be interested in joining our team after graduation. This program provides students with real-world experience in a fast-paced distribution environment while allowing Elliott Electric Supply to evaluate potential future employees.

Through the internship, students will gain hands-on exposure to multiple aspects of our business and develop a deeper understanding of the electrical distribution industry. Our goal is to provide interns with meaningful work experience, professional development, and insight into potential career opportunities within Elliott Electric Supply.

During the program, interns will gain exposure to several operational areas within our organization, including: Warehouse and distribution operations';Counter sales and inside sales support; Project quotations and customer service; Branch and operations management; Outside sales and customer relationship management.

In addition to rotating through these areas, interns will be assigned a project designed to help them apply what they learn and contribute meaningful insights to the business.

Our goal is for every intern to leave the program with valuable experience, professional skills, and a strong understanding of how Elliott Electric Supply operates.  Successful interns may be considered for future entry-level roles or opportunities within our Leadership Development Program upon graduation.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Submit a resume and unofficial college transcript
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, professionalism, and punctuality
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
